Kristin J. Roberts is a 2006 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University, where she was awarded a Dean's Scholarship for academic achievement. While in law school, Ms. Roberts was invited to join the Appellate Moot Court Board based on her high performance in legal writing and oral advocacy. She received her B.A. in political science from the College of Charleston, where she graduated cum laude in 2003.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Roberts served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable George E. Hoffer of the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas, and as law clerk at the Civil Division of the United States Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C. She began her legal career as an associate at a law firm in Washington, D.C., where she practiced federal employment and labor law. She joined The Chartwell Law Offices, LLP in 2008, where she is committed to the defense of insured and self-insured entities in Pennsylvania worker's compensation matters.
