Seth Reidenberg is the Managing Partner of the Wilmington, Delaware office of The Chartwell Law Firm, located at 300 Delaware Avenue. Seth represents national, regional, and local businesses in prosecuting and defending a variety of commercial, bankruptcy, and employment related disputes. He handles matters involving real estate disputes, contract disputes, loan workouts, construction disputes and property and personal injury claims. He has represented employers against employees in matters related to discrimination claims, claims for workers’ compensation benefits and claims for unemployment benefits. Seth litigates matters in all of the Delaware federal and state courts, including the Delaware Bankruptcy Court and Court of Chancery.
Seth is licensed to practice law in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He graduated from Widener University School of Law cum laude in 1997. While at Widener, Seth was the President of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society and a member of the Delaware Corporate Law Journal and the Moot Court Honor Society. Seth has a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University.
Before joining Chartwell, Seth was with the law firm of Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor in Wilmington, Delaware in its commercial litigation department where he represented clients in Bankruptcy Court, the Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court. He was also an Assistant City Solicitor in charge of litigation for the City of Wilmington.
