Bryan P. Werley graduated in 2004 from Temple University School of Law. While in law school, Bryan served as the Executive Editor of the Temple International & Comparative Law Journal. His article, titled "Aussie Rules: Universal Jurisdiction Over Internet Defamation", was published in the Spring edition of the journal. During law school, Bryan worked as a legal intern for the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Northeast Regional Counsel, as well as, a law clerk for the center city law firm of Kelly, Dubrow & Herron, P.C. Bryan also worked as a certified legal intern with the Philadelphia City Solicitor: Claims Unit. Prior to law school, Bryan graduated from the American University, where he was a dean’s scholar. He joined The Chartwell Law Offices, LLP in 2004 and currently assists the firm in its general liability practice. His practice focuses upon representing individuals and corporations in areas of premises liability, products liability, loss prevention, wrongful arrest and detention, corporate litigation, shareholder and partner disputes.
Bryan was selected asa Rising Star, a distinction given by Philadelphia Magazine to only the top 2.5% of lawyers under the age of forty". Bryan lectures for the Pennsylvania Bar Association and his next seminar will be titled “My First Federal Trial.” Bryan will join other litigators and members of the federal bench.
