Charles J. Barreras is a 1987 graduate of Drexel University and a 1992 cum laude graduate of Temple University School of Law. A founding partner of The Chartwell Law Offices, LLP, Mr. Barreras began his legal career with Wright, Young & McGilvery, P.C., where he litigated various medical malpractice, automobile, general liability, and workers’ compensation matters. In 1996 he became associated with the Philadelphia firm Weber Goldstein Greenberg & Gallagher, LLP, where he devoted his practice to handling workers’ compensation and automobile matters. In 1999 he became the managing partner of Weber Goldstein’s Reading, Pennsylvania office. He has served as a faculty member for several workers’ compensation programs sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and frequently provides seminars on workers’ compensation topics to Pennsylvania insurers and self-insured companies.
