Christopher D. Pavuk is a 1994 graduate of the University of Scranton, where he received Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees and a 1998 graduate of the Widener University School of Law. Following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Richard P. Conaboy of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, for whom he assisted in a variety of complex litigation matters including cases that involved employment law disputes. During the course of his clerkship with Judge Conaboy, he also served as a legal assistant to the Chairman of the United States Sentencing Commission in Washington, D. C. Before becoming associated with The Chartwell Law Offices in February, 2005, he worked as an associate attorney at the litigation firm, Post & Schell, for whom he represented insurance companies, self-insured employers and third-party administrators in the defense of workers’ compensation matters at both the trial stage and the appellate stage.
