Kenneth M. Dubrow is a partner in Chartwell’s Philadelphia office. He is the Chairman of the firm’s General Litigation Department. He received his B.A. from LaSalle College in 1978 and graduated from the Temple University School of Law cum laude in 1981. A graduate of the Philadelphia Bar Association Trial Advocacy Program, his practice focuses primarily upon the representation of defendants, individual and commercial, in personal injury, premises liability, wrongful arrest, motor vehicle, construction and liquor liability claims. He also handles a variety of shareholder, corporate, contract and insurance coverage disputes in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Dubrow is a member of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and New Jersey; the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and District of New Jersey and, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
