Megan Dougherty is a Partner in Chartwell's Valley Forge office. She is a 2002 graduate from Temple University School of Law. While in law school, Megan was voted outstanding oral advocate and also was the Chair of SBA Public Affairs. She was nominated as one of Pennsylvania’s Rising Stars in 2008 and participated on a Bureau of Workers’ Compensation Conference Panel, “Forms Filing: How to Get it Right,” in 2005. Ms. Dougherty is a member of the Young Trial Lawyers of America and the Pennsylvania & American Bar Associations. She is committed to the defense of insured and self-insured entities in Pennsylvania workers compensation matters.
