Michael McGrath is managing Partner of Chartwell Law Office’s Scranton office. His entire career has been in the area of insurance defense with an emphasis on workers compensation matters. He currently concentrates his practice in the area of workers compensation. However, his experience has included many areas of defense litigation such as auto, UM/UIM, slip and fall and legal malpractice. He has appeared in almost all venues in Northeastern Pennsylvania including the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
