Robert J. Baker is a 1997 and 1999 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he a received Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Labor Relations. He is a 2005 graduate of the Widener University School of Law.

Before becoming an associate with The Chartwell Law Offices, Mr. Baker was Corporate Director of Human Resources for PHI/Presbyterian Homes, Inc., where he was responsible for employment law compliance, employee relations, workers’ compensation management of insured and self-insured programs and other human resources issues.5

He is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management and Human Resources Professionals of Central Pennsylvania.

Mr. Baker joined The Chartwell Law Offices on April 17, 2006. He devotes his practice to the defense of workers’ compensation and general employment matters.
