Scott D. Josephson graduated in 2005 from Villanova University School of Law. While in law school, Scott served as an Associate Editor of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. His article, titled This Dog Has Teeth: Cooperative Federalism and Environmental Law, was published in Spring 2005. During law school, Scott worked as an extern for the Honorable Mary Collins of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. Prior to becoming associated with The Chartwell Law Offices, LLP, he was an associate attorney with Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien & Courtney PC where he represented insurance companies in workers’ compensation and general liability matters. Prior to law school, Scott graduated from the University of Maryland, where he was awarded academic honors. Scott also worked for Congressman John Culberson in Washington. Scott joined The Chartwell Law Offices, LLP in 2007 and currently assists the firm in its general liability and workers’ compensation practice.
