Christine Tomasello is a workers’ compensation defense attorney representing insurance carriers, large self-insured businesses and third-party administrators. She has substantial experience handling a large volume of matters from inception through resolution at both state and federal levels. Having represented claimants previously, Christine brings a unique perspective to providing a robust defense strategy on behalf of her clients.
Christine’s practice also includes employment and labor law, handling various employment contract disputes, Fair Labor Standards Act and Title VII violations.
Prior to joining Chartwell Law, Christine was an associate handling workers’ compensation claims for a South Florida law firm.
