Chartwell Law meets or exceeds many of the national metrics published in the National Association for Legal Placement’s 2023 Diversity Report. NALP, an organization of legal professionals who advise law students and attorneys, collects employment information, and publishes an annual Diversity Report.

Our DEI leadership
Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, Women’s Committee, and mentoring program recognize the need for ongoing focus and proactive attention. They pursue our diversity goals through professional development, career and client cultivation coaching, and identification of internal and external opportunities and resources. Members of the firm’s governing committee and the entirety of our ownership are active champions of the ideas and initiatives brought forward through these efforts.
