CAREERS

Chartwell Law

In 2002, four attorneys decided they wanted something different from the rigid, grinding environment of the typical corporate law firm. They wanted a place where they could work hard, provide exceptional legal service to clients while enjoying a culture that is flexible, open and entrepreneurial yet truly embraces professional and family values and a work life balance. So they began Chartwell Law. What began as a four-attorney firm with one office now has over 200 attorneys and 24 offices and continues to grow.

Benefits

We offer a full complement of benefits paid for by both Chartwell Law and employee contributions. These include: three medical plans plus prescriptions, a dental and a vision plan, flexible spending accounts, a health savings account, short-term disability and life insurance plans, maternity and parental leave, paid time off, an EAP and several voluntary benefits such as long-term disability and supplemental life insurance for employees and dependents.  Additionally, Chartwell Law provides a 401(k) savings plan with a firm match.

Career Opportunities

We are always seeking to grow through the addition of lateral partners and associates in all offices and practice areas. Email: attorneyresumes@chartwelllaw.com.
