Amy Knight is a skilled and personable litigator who focuses her practice on general liability and casualty defense, insurance coverage, and mediation. Licensed in Georgia and admitted to practice before all three federal district courts in the state, Amy represents both insurers and self-insured clients in a wide range of matters, including premises liability, auto, and trucking claims.

Amy has experience managing all phases of litigation, from case strategy and discovery through settlement negotiations and courtroom advocacy. She regularly drafts substantive motions and briefs in both state and federal court, conducts and defends depositions, and works directly with clients to develop and execute cost-effective legal strategies. Her background in insurance coverage further enhances her ability to address layered disputes involving defense, indemnity, and exposure.

Known for her clear communication, practical problem-solving, and thoughtful legal analysis, Amy brings professionalism and confidence to every case she handles. She is also a skilled mediator, offering clients an additional avenue for resolving disputes efficiently and effectively.

Amy earned her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 2017 and her B.A. from Auburn University in 2014. Outside the office, she is an avid golfer and a certified aerial yoga instructor.
