David A. Rich is a general liability and casualty defense attorney who has successfully tried many matters to verdict in state and federal courts, as well as defended complex appeals in both state and federal appellate courts. David’s practice encompasses a variety of litigation defense cases, including but not limited to product liability claims, transportation claims, and design defect claims against engineers and architects. In addition, he is experienced handling a broad and diverse range of insurance coverage claims, serving clients, both private companies and insurance carriers, nationwide in complex litigated and non-litigated coverage matters.

David offers aggressive advocacy on behalf of his clients and seeks creative solutions to legal problems in order to effectuate positive outcomes, remain cost-effective and minimize risk.
