Robert G. Goldring practices general liability defense throughout Florida. He has handled litigation involving motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, construction defect, workers’ compensation, and nursing home negligence. Robert offers aggressive advocacy on behalf of his clients and seeks creative solutions to legal problems to effectuate positive outcomes, remain cost-effective and minimize risk.

Robert was an associate with Chartwell Law earlier in his career, handling insurance defense matters and workers’ compensation claims. Just prior to returning to the firm, he represented plaintiffs in general liability matters and contract negotiations in his private practice.

In law school, Robert focused on food, drug and health law. He also served as a legal assistant for one of the nation's most prominent health law professors. It’s not a coincidence that this focus stemmed from his passion for health, fitness, and nutrition. While not in the office, you can find Robert either on the beach, participating in something fitness-related, or traveling.
