

Arielle Collins focuses her practice on insurance coverage and civil litigation, representing insurers and their insureds in matters involving claims and policy interpretation. She provides detailed legal analysis, coverage opinions, and litigation support across a variety of industries, drawing on her broad background in both civil and criminal law to deliver clear, effective guidance to clients.
Before joining Chartwell, Arielle gained extensive courtroom and trial experience as both a public defender and a prosecutor, managing cases from inception through verdict. She also served as a Deputy Attorney General in Idaho, where she prosecuted major felony, public corruption, and insurance fraud cases. Her earlier experience includes representing professionals in civil litigation and insurance defense matters and clerking for the Idaho Fourth Judicial District Court. This diverse background gives Arielle a unique perspective on case evaluation, litigation strategy, negotiation, and risk management.
Arielle earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Idaho Law Review and President of the American Constitution Society Idaho Chapter. She holds a B.A. in English from Reed College and an A.A. from Clark College. She is admitted to practice in Washington and Idaho.
Outside of her practice, Arielle enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest, attending live concerts, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and her cats.
