EDUCATION

Anna Giambelluca’s work at Chartwell draws on her experience in legal research and client advocacy. Through her analysis of judicial opinions and complex factual issues, she has developed an approach that emphasizes translating legal concepts into clear, accessible guidance.

Before joining Chartwell, Anna worked as a legal editor, examining case law and emerging legal developments to produce substantive legal analysis. She also gained experience in sports and entertainment law, researching intellectual property issues and reviewing sponsorship and licensing agreements for NCAA compliance. Her work included preparing legal memoranda to support risk management and communicating legal requirements to nonlegal staff and student-athletes. Anna is also a Certified Contract Advisor with the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA).

While earning her J.D. at The University of Texas School of Law, Anna advocated for youth clients through the Children’s Rights Clinic. She conducted fact investigations and drafted motions, while also participating in trial preparation and advocacy. As a Title IX pro bono advisor, she helped students understand investigation procedures and prepared them for interviews and hearings. These experiences strengthened her ability to guide clients through sensitive matters with clarity and empathy.

Anna earned her B.S. in Communications and Leadership, magna cum laude, from The University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Sports Media. She is admitted to practice in Texas and has conversational proficiency in American Sign Language.
