Camille Vaclavik represents businesses, insurers, and employers in a wide range of civil litigation matters. Her practice includes employment, premises liability, personal injury, automobile liability, construction defect, product liability, and general negligence claims in state and federal court.

Camille manages matters throughout the litigation process, including preparing pleadings, conducting legal research, handling discovery, and representing clients at depositions, mediations, and hearings. She also prepares detailed case evaluations and litigation analyses, advising clients and insurance professionals on liability, damages exposure, and defense strategy while managing a high-volume caseload.

Prior to joining Chartwell, Camille gained experience in both private practice and public service, handling matters involving commercial disputes, contract litigation, probate, fiduciary duty, trade secrets, and Texas construction law. She also completed an internship with the Harris County District Attorney's Office, where she conducted legal research, worked with prosecutors on trial preparation, interviewed victims and witnesses, and assisted in the review of digital evidence. In addition, through a law school legal clinic, Camille represented a survivor of domestic violence in a pro bono divorce proceeding.

Camille earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where she received a certificate in mediation. She earned her B.A. in Global Studies, magna cum laude, from Texas Tech University.
