Danielle Goble focuses her practice on contract and insurance coverage disputes and insurance bad faith litigation, representing national insurance companies in a wide range of civil matters. She regularly assists clients with coverage analysis, pleadings, motion practice, and case evaluation, bringing a thorough and analytical approach to each matter.
Danielle’s litigation experience includes drafting complaints, motions, and briefs; conducting legal research and analysis; and supporting matters through depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. In addition to her civil litigation work, Danielle has experience with corporate transactions and criminal defense, providing her with a broad foundation that informs her work with clients.
Danielle earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she served as Public Relations Chair of the Women’s Law Caucus and participated in the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity Mentor-Mentee Program. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, with a concentration in Law and Justice, from Saint Peter’s University, where she was named to the Dean’s List and competed as a member of the women’s volleyball team.
She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and achieved a Uniform Bar Examination score transferable to all UBE jurisdictions.
Outside the office, Danielle enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her puppy. A former Division I volleyball player, she still enjoys playing in her free time.
