David A. Gonzalez focuses his practice on first-party property insurance and property damage investigation. David represents insurance carriers and corporate clients in the area of first-party property insurance, claims investigation and property damage disputes.
David works closely with his clients to achieve positive outcomes. At any case’s inception, he identifies the strengths and weaknesses present in order to develop a clear case strategy in pursuit of a successful resolution via negotiated settlements or a favorable jury verdict. As the case proceeds David modifies the strategy depending on the facts and circumstances that come to light
Prior to joining Chartwell Law David was an associate for a Plaintiff’s firm and, in that time, represented hundreds of insureds and corporations in the areas of first-party property insurance and general civil litigation.
