Ebony Walker is a civil litigation attorney who focuses her practice on insurance defense and general liability matters. She brings extensive experience managing a high-volume docket of cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and settlement strategy.

Ebony regularly drafts and argues dispositive motions, addresses evidentiary challenges, conducts Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), and represents clients in hearings, mediations, and case management conferences.

Before joining private practice, Ebony served as Staff Counsel with a major insurance provider, where she managed a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced litigation environment, consistently maintaining strong performance metrics. She also provides pro bono legal guidance to athletes on name, image, and likeness (NIL) opportunities and business-related matters.

Prior to her legal career, Ebony worked as a software engineer and enterprise consultant, bringing a unique combination of technical fluency and business insight to her litigation practice. In addition to her J.D., she holds an MBA from the University of Florida, which enhances her ability to approach matters with both legal and strategic perspective.

Outside of her practice, Ebony enjoys competitive sports, including basketball and flag football, and has a passion for cooking, fishing, and jazz music.
