Gwendolina (“Gwen”) Moszczenski represents insurers, self-insured entities, and individuals in matters involving insurance defense, automobile liability, premises liability, and medical malpractice. She manages all phases of litigation—from discovery and motion practice to client communication and court appearances—ensuring her clients receive informed guidance at every step of the process.
Before joining Chartwell, Gwen gained extensive experience as a paralegal and law clerk, supporting injury and defense litigation in Missouri and Illinois. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Joseph A. Rathert in the 23rd Judicial Circuit, where she researched and presented legal arguments in open court and observed proceedings across domestic, civil, and juvenile matters.
A graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law, Gwen was a staff editor for the ABA Journal of Labor and Employment Law and served on the executive board of the First Generation Society. She earned her paralegal certificate from Duquesne University, where she was inducted into the Lambda Epsilon Chi National Honor Society, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Communication Studies from Shippensburg University.
Outside the office, Gwen enjoys golfing with her husband and cheering on her beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.
