Jacqueline Kennedy-Dvorak is a seasoned litigation attorney with more than a decade of experience representing private clients and government entities in civil and commercial matters. Her work encompasses eminent domain and condemnation proceedings, general civil litigation, and probate and estate litigation, with a strong track record of managing cases from inception through trial, including a heavy motions practice.
Jacqueline was appointed by Attorney General Chris Carr as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Georgia Department of Transportation and has represented the Department on real-estate acquisitions and condemnation actions for roadway projects since 2014. She also handles insurance defense matters, and brings a steady, detail-driven approach to every phase of litigation.
Before entering private practice, Jacqueline built a distinguished academic career as an educator, experience which continues to inform her clear communication style, thoughtful client counseling, and approach to mediation and trial.
Jacqueline earned her J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law, a “Great Books” master’s degree in liberal arts from St. John’s College, and her undergraduate degree from Hollins University. She is admitted to practice in Georgia and Florida, as well as in multiple federal courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia and the Supreme Court of the United States.
