Jon A. ("Jack") Marshall III is a civil litigation attorney whose practice focuses on transportation litigation, insurance defense, premises liability, construction liability, motor vehicle liability, and medical malpractice matters. He represents businesses, insurers, and commercial clients in litigation throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.

Jack has experience managing all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting discovery, preparing appellate briefs, and representing clients at depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, oral arguments, and other court proceedings. He also advises insurance carriers on liability exposure, litigation strategy, reserve evaluations, settlement recommendations, and expert retention.

Before entering private practice, Jack served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Criminal Trial Division of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania. During his clerkships, he assisted in all aspects of the criminal trial process.

Jack earned his Juris Doctor from Delaware Law School of Widener University, where he was named to the Dean's List, and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fordham University.
