Jim Webster focuses his practice on civil litigation and brings more than 17 years of experience representing clients in sophisticated matters across Texas and Oklahoma. His background includes medical malpractice defense, healthcare litigation, insurance defense, catastrophic injury claims, construction defect matters, employment disputes, civil rights litigation, and regulatory and corporate matters.

Jim has extensive experience managing matters through all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation in both state and federal courts. He has represented a broad range of clients, including healthcare providers, corporate entities, insurers, and businesses, and is known for his thoughtful approach to resolving complex legal issues and guiding clients through high-exposure matters.

In addition to his litigation practice, Jim has advised clients on risk management, regulatory compliance, claims evaluation, policy and procedure development, and employment-related matters. He also has experience supervising and mentoring attorneys and legal staff while managing large and challenging caseloads.

Jim earned his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law and his B.A. in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma. He is licensed to practice in Texas and Oklahoma, as well as multiple United States District Courts in both states.
