Kristen Paige Green focuses her practice on commercial litigation and related business disputes. She has experience handling matters involving breach of contract and business tort claims, fiduciary duties, antitrust issues, employment discrimination, nonprofit governance, and government investigations and enforcement actions.

Kristen takes an active role in developing and litigating cases, beginning with early fact development and discovery and continuing through dispositive motions, witness preparation, hearings, and trial. Her experience includes drafting and arguing dispositive motions, managing discovery and ESI issues, preparing fact and expert witnesses for testimony, developing direct and cross-examination outlines, and preparing pre- and post-trial briefing. She has also negotiated favorable settlements in high-value commercial disputes.

Her commercial litigation experience includes representing financial services clients in disputes involving commercial mortgage-backed securities, loan repurchase claims, and servicing obligations. She has defended multinational corporations in civil and class action antitrust litigation involving allegations of price-fixing and monopolization and has handled matters involving the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and state attorneys general. Her work in government investigations has included coordinating document productions, preparing witnesses, and developing factual and legal submissions.

Kristen also has experience advising clients facing sensitive matters with significant legal and business implications. She has represented nonprofit organizations in internal governance disputes and emergency proceedings seeking declaratory and injunctive relief and has counseled client representatives preparing for testimony and agency appearances.

Kristen earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she served as Executive Notes Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal and received the journal's Meritorious Service Award. She also received a Pro Bono Service Award, served as a student attorney in Georgetown's Civil Rights Clinic, and was a litigation fellow with Planned Parenthood Federation of America. She earned her B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.

Kristen is admitted to practice in Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She is active in several professional and community organizations and serves on the Advisory Board of the Tahirih Justice Center.
