LaShawnda Sampson brings nearly a decade of litigation experience to her representation of businesses, insurers, and individuals in trucking and transportation, premises liability, and general liability matters. Drawing on extensive trial work in Georgia’s state and federal courts, she manages cases from early evaluation through verdict, handling depositions, mediations, settlement negotiations, and all phases of advocacy on behalf of her clients.
Her background includes significant trial experience in both civil and criminal matters, having served as a prosecutor in multiple jurisdictions before transitioning to insurance defense. LaShawnda has tried numerous bench and jury trials, examined fact and expert witnesses, and successfully managed cases involving serious personal injury and property damage claims. She is skilled at coordinating with claims representatives, analyzing liability and exposure, and ensuring that each case is positioned for a favorable resolution.
LaShawnda earned her J.D. from North Carolina Central University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, in Psychology from Hampton University. She is an active member of the Hampton University Alumni Association and the Gate City Bar Association.
