Lauren Stone is an experienced litigator with more than fourteen years of practice, focusing on insurance defense and complex civil litigation. She represents clients in a wide range of matters, including commercial motor vehicle accidents and other high-exposure claims.
Lauren has substantial experience managing all aspects of litigation, including case strategy development, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting and defending depositions of parties and expert witnesses, and representing clients in hearings, mediations, and trials. She is known for her thorough preparation and thoughtful approach, and for her ability to efficiently manage a high volume of cases while maintaining a strong focus on client objectives and outcomes.
In addition to her litigation practice, Lauren has experience in commercial matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, as well as high-profile investigations involving sensitive legal and regulatory issues. She has also contributed to pro bono efforts through her work with The Pennsylvania Innocence Project, where she assisted with case investigation, client communication, and review of extensive case records.
Lauren earned her J.D. from Loyola University School of Law and The University of Pennsylvania School of Law, where she was a recipient of an Educational Merit Scholarship. She received her B.S., with high honors, from The University of Texas at Austin and was recognized as a Collegiate Scholar and Dean’s List honoree.
