

Miller J. Whitten focuses his practice on civil litigation matters, with experience supporting a range of disputes involving real estate, probate, and general liability issues. With a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and case preparation, he guides matters through each stage of litigation with a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach.
During law school, Miller gained experience through multiple legal internships, where he worked on a variety of matters including estate planning and civil litigation. He drafted wills and trusts, conducted research on the Florida Probate Code, and assisted with deed recording, while also supporting litigation involving real property disputes, bankruptcy, construction law, and commercial leasing, including preparing discovery for trial and arbitration.
Miller also interned with the Office of the Public Defender, where he worked on major crimes cases, conducting legal research, drafting motions, and analyzing evidence and discovery. In addition, he served with the Utah State Courts and the Utah County Justice Court, gaining valuable insight into court operations and judicial processes.
Miller earned his J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law, and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, in International Business Management from Utah Valley University. Fluent in Portuguese and conversational in Spanish, Miller brings a global perspective to his work.
He is an Eagle Scout and spent two years in Curitiba, Brazil, leading volunteer and community service efforts.
