Nicole Henderson focuses her practice on general liability and casualty defense, representing employers, businesses, insurers, self-insureds, and third-party administrators across Georgia. She has experience handling a wide range of civil litigation matters, including premises liability, automobile negligence, catastrophic injury, products liability, trucking litigation, insurance coverage, and bad faith claims. Her background also includes substantial work in workers’ compensation and real estate-related disputes, giving her a broad understanding of risk and exposure across multiple practice areas.
Nicole earned her J.D. and Master of Science in Health Administration from Georgia State University College of Law, where she served as President of the Black Law Students Association, competed on the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Team, and received both the Best Oral Advocate Award and the Ronald Freeman Opportunity Scholarship. She graduated cum laude from Howard University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
She is admitted to practice in Georgia and is an active member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.
Outside of her practice, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and caring for her dog, Bentley.
