Simon Fraser is a litigation attorney with a focus on transportation, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and premises liability matters. He represents clients in high-exposure claims involving commercial trucking, company vehicles, and insurance coverage issues, and has experience handling cases at both the state and federal levels.

Simon brings a results-driven approach to his work, managing cases through all phases of litigation. He has handled matters involving serious personal injury and wrongful death, including claims arising from 18-wheeler and motor vehicle accidents, and is well-versed in managing multi-layered insurance structures and significant exposure.

He is skilled in developing litigation strategy, evaluating liability and damages, preparing and arguing dispositive motions, and conducting depositions. Simon also has extensive experience with appellate matters and has appeared in courts across Texas, including federal district courts and appellate courts.

In addition to his litigation practice, Simon is a certified mediator and guardian ad litem, bringing a well-rounded perspective to dispute resolution and case evaluation. His background also includes work in probate-related disputes and estate matters.

Simon earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston and holds a B.A. in History from The University of Texas at San Antonio, where he was recognized with the University Life Award and is a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity.

Outside of his practice, Simon enjoys collecting sports cards and memorabilia and is an active member of the United Methodist Church in Highland Park.
