Thomas C. Spratt

A former college soccer player and lifelong ocean enthusiast, Thomas grew up on the Oregon coast and enjoys surfing, fishing, and giving back to the community. He serves as a Special Olympics coach and has volunteered with youth athletic programs and Habitat for Humanity.
