Tiffany Wylde brings a strong foundation in advocacy and trial practice to her civil litigation work, effectively handling depositions, pretrial proceedings, and client preparation. She is highly skilled in developing case strategies and drafting persuasive motions and pleadings, seamlessly guiding clients through each stage of the litigation process.
During law school, Tiffany served as a council member of the Mock Trial Council and was a finalist in the 2024 National Trial Competition. She gained additional litigation experience through internships and legal clinics, including the Project for Innocence & Post-Conviction Remedies and the University of Kansas Legal Aid Clinic, where she worked directly with clients on post-conviction and tax-related matters. Tiffany also clerked for the Hon. Judge Mason at the Johnson County Courthouse, where she supported the court in a range of civil cases.
Tiffany earned her J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law, where she received a Certificate in Advocacy Skills and a Golden Plains Scholarship. She completed her B.A. in History at the University of Kansas as part of the LEAD 3+3 BA/JD program.
She is admitted to practice in Kansas, Missouri, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas.
Outside the office, Tiffany volunteers as an instructor for Missouri Boys and Girls State, teaching high school students about civics and government. She also enjoys cooking, outdoor activities, and spending time with her two cats, Zeki and Koopa.
