Victor Ang is an experienced civil litigator who represents clients in a range of disputes, including personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, and other liability matters. He approaches each matter with an early focus on the facts, identifying the issues that matter most and giving clients a clear assessment of where they stand.

His experience includes taking and defending depositions, working with medical and other experts, analyzing extensive medical records, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for mediation and trial. Victor has handled matters involving jurisdiction, arbitration, workers’ compensation defenses, and health care liability, and has successfully pursued dispositive and other case-shaping motions on behalf of his clients.

Earlier in his career, Victor handled employment and business disputes involving federal and state employment laws, restrictive covenants, and contractual claims. He has also served as first-chair counsel in landlord-tenant trials.

Victor earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he served as a senior editor of the Journal of Labor & Employment Law and earned a Wharton Certificate of Study in Business and Public Policy. He later earned an LL.M. from Texas A&M University School of Law. He received his B.A. in economics from Rice University, where he was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon International Honor Society in Economics.

Victor is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
