New York, NY, December 4, 2017 – Chartwell Law added workers' comp attorney Erin E. O’Connor to the firm’s New York, NY, office.
O’Connor appears regularly throughout New York State to defend claims and advise employers or their insurance carriers/third party administrators throughout all phases of complex workers’ compensation litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. O’Connor worked as an attorney at a law firm representing injured workers before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, the New York State & Local Retirement System, and the Social Security Administration. Prior to that, she served as an assistant district attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. Ms. O’Connor received her J.D. from St. John University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Fairfield University.
