New York, NY, March 21, 2018 – Chartwell Law attorney Gregg S. Scharaga presented, “Legal Issues in the Camp Industry: Preparation, Protecting Your Camp, and Protecting Your Campers,” at the 2018 Tri-State Camp Conference held in Atlantic City, NJ. The presentation focused on legal issues in the camping industry.
Scharaga is a partner with Chartwell Law, a law firm offering services in dozens of practice areas, including general liability, workers’ compensation, insurance coverage counseling and litigation, professional liability and sports, and recreation and leisure counseling and litigation. A former camper and counselor for 13 years at both day and sleepaway camps, Scharaga has extensive experience in the camping industry as well as the legal issues that may arise within the camping industry. He handles personal injury lawsuits on behalf of summer camps and their insurers.
