Chartwell Law attorney Lee S. Fiederer presented at the 2018 Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Regional Judges’ Conferences on May 3 in Philadelphia and on May 16 in Malvern, Pa. Fiederer presented on, “Medical Marijuana and Workers’ Compensation.” The presentation was videotaped to be shown at the balance of statewide Judges’ Conferences.
Fiederer focuses his practice on the defense of workers’ compensation disputes. He represents national, regional and local insurance carriers, as well as self-insured employers, large deductibles, captives, pooled insureds and third-party administrators and brokers. His clients span across industries, including health care, security and power companies, as well as placement agencies.
