Harrisburg, Pa., November 20, 2017 – Chartwell Law attorney Matthew B. Esslinger presented, “Reaching Reasonable Resolutions in the Absence of Impairment Rating Caps,” at the Philadelphia Bar Association. The presentation focused on methods that exist to bring both parties to the settlement table with the absence of the impairment rating process.
Esslinger focuses his practice to the defense of workers’ compensation matters on behalf of insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and third-party administrators. He has obtained victories before workers’ compensation judges and various appellate bodies in a variety of workers’ compensation petitions and issues. He is based in the firm’s Harrisburg, Pa., office.
