Chartwell Law Continues Growth in Florida Adding New Attorneys to its Deerfield Beach Location

Despite the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, Chartwell Law continues its growth across the state of Florida.  Chartwell Law has added three more lawyers to its Deerfield Beach, Florida office:  Michael J. Kranzler and J. Michael Magee, Jr.  Both lawyers primarily focus their practices on insurance defense, particularly first- and third-party property litigation. With the addition of Kranzler, Canseco, and Magee, Chartwell Law continues its pace as one of the fastest growing firms in Florida. Moreover, with seven offices located in Florida - Deerfield Beach, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, Palm Beach Gardens, and Tallahassee - the firm now has 60 in Florida lawyers handling a wide array of insurance, workers’ compensation, employment, commercial, and maritime legal issues.

Kranzler focuses on the development and application of creative litigation techniques to ensure that the right result is obtained in every single case. He utilizes a date-driven approach coupled with an analysis of an insured’s credibility, social media footprint, and a historical analysis of each opposing counsel’s negotiation tactics in order to anticipate possible branching litigation paths at the outset of each case. Prior to joining the firm, he headed up the first-party property division for a firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida that specialized in the investigation and defense of fraudulent insurance claims.

Magee focuses his practice on insurance defense as well as construction defect litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he was an associate at a Fort Lauderdale, Florida firm handling similar matters.
