Chartwell Law would like to shine a spotlight on HomeFront Trenton, an extraordinary organization that has been helping homeless families and those in need in Central New Jersey for the last 25 years. Chartwell Law will be making a monetary donation to support the Family Preservation Center on HomeFront’s Family Campus. Additionally, we will be sending a Kona Ice Truck to provide them with free ice cream and snow-cones in the hope of making a fun afternoon for these families who are going through very difficult and trying times.

HomeFront’s mission is to break the cycle of poverty and end homelessness in Central New Jersey. In the past year alone, almost 14,000 heads of households have walked through their front door looking for help. On any given night, they provide shelter to over 450 people, two-thirds of them children. HomeFront provides a holistic array of services for clients who are either homeless or at high risk of becoming so. Some of their many services include case management, homelessness prevention services (including back rent & utility assistance), emergency food, free clothing and household goods, job placement and readiness skills.
