Chartwell Law is pleased to welcome Lois Kim to our expanding White Plains, New York office. Ms. Kim joins Chartwell Law as an associate and will handle insurance coverage analysis and litigation, as well as general liability matters including premises, construction, toxic torts, and products liability.
Immediately prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kim thrived as a Claims Attorney at a multinational insurance holding company handling matters for its Professional Lines Group, with a focus on Employment Practices Liability. She brings a breadth of experience in various areas of the law with significant experience litigating matters throughout state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
