Anthony C. Pejerrey brings more than a decade of litigation experience representing clients across a broad spectrum of civil matters, including personal injury defense, probate and fiduciary disputes, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. He manages active litigation dockets from inception through resolution, guiding matters efficiently while keeping clients informed and aligned with their goals at every stage.

Anthony has extensive trial and dispute resolution experience, having served as first and second chair in jury trials and arbitrations. He has obtained favorable outcomes in contract disputes, personal injury defense matters, and will contests, and has resolved dozens of cases through mediation. His practice also includes significant deposition experience, as well as drafting dispositive motions and assisting in the preparation of appellate briefs.

In addition to his litigation practice, Anthony plays an active role in mentoring junior attorneys and training paralegals and legal assistants on litigation procedures, discovery practices, and case management. He values a collaborative approach and works closely with colleagues, clients, experts, and support staff to move cases forward effectively.

Anthony serves as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve, Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he provides legal assistance to service members and their families, including wills, powers of attorney, and other legal matters. His military service reinforces his exceptional leadership and deep commitment to service.

Outside of his practice, Anthony is an active creative writer, currently working on two fiction projects, and has previously published short fiction and poetry. He is also a musician, with experience playing violin, cello, and bass guitar, and an interest in music composition, which brings a creative perspective that complements his analytical approach to the practice of law.
