Brandon Wilson brings a practical, solution-oriented approach to defending clients in general liability, motor vehicle, and personal injury matters, guiding cases from intake through resolution. With extensive experience in trial courts throughout New York, his work includes conducting and defending depositions, analyzing complex medical and liability records, drafting dispositive motions, and negotiating favorable settlements.
Brandon earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2023, gaining significant experience through internships and clerkships that exposed him to trial practice, pro bono advocacy, and judicial decision-making. He holds a B.A. in history from Binghamton University, where he graduated in 2020.
Admitted to practice in New York, Brandon is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He is valued for his ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable strategies and for his pragmatic approach to advancing client interests in high-stakes matters.
Before beginning his legal career, Brandon managed the band Quarters of Change, where he oversaw artist development, negotiated contracts, and helped secure a recording deal with 300 Entertainment, a label under Warner Music Group. He credits this experience as an early lesson in negotiation, marketing, and adaptability—skills that continue to serve him well in litigation.
Outside of work, Brandon remains passionate about music and enjoys exploring New York’s cultural and creative scene.
