Courtney Pidani, an associate in Chartwell Law’s Boston office, represents insurers, self-insured entities, and third-party administrators in all stages of workers’ compensation litigation. From intitial investigations and reviews of medical records through evidentiary hearings and appeals, Courtney emphasises client communication and collaboration. She has presented lectures and training sessions for clients as well as at continuing legal education programs.
Before joining Chartwell Law, Courtney spent ten years as an associate at a New England insurance law firm.
When she is not working, Courtney enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
