Chris Riggio focuses his practice on workers’ compensation and has extensive experience representing clients in need of valuable legal advice and effective legal strategy.

Chris Riggio focuses his practice on workers’ compensation and has extensive experience representing clients in need of valuable legal advice and effective legal strategy.

Prior to joining Chartwell, Mr. Riggio was a founder at a prominent state-wide law firm in Jupiter, Florida, where he represented exclusively insurance carriers, self-insured groups, and third party administrators in all workers’ compensation matters. Due to his experience at the firm, Mr. Riggio gained knowledge on a broad range of potential clients, which prepared him to better understand and help his clients.

Mr. Riggio developed his litigation skills as an Assistant State Attorney in South Florida for over 11 years where he litigated hundreds of criminal cases including violent felonies, homicides and sex crimes. He was also a division chief in the organized crime division where he investigated and prosecuted numerous criminal enterprises including insurance fraud.
