Demi Jones is a litigation attorney whose practice is informed by a unique background in military leadership and civil trial work. Before entering the legal profession, Demi served as a logistics officer in the United States Army for five years, where she oversaw government contracts, led multidisciplinary teams, coordinated large-scale operations, and developed forward-looking plans in demanding operational environments. Those experiences continue to shape her solutions-oriented approach to litigation and client service.

Demi brings experience handling transportation matters, personal-injury claims, product-liability disputes, tort litigation, and premises-liability cases. She has tried matters in both state and federal courts and brings trial-tested insight and disciplined judgment to every stage of a case.

Recognized as a Missouri Lawyers Media Up & Coming Attorney in 2023, Demi is also a confident public speaker with a background in journalism that enhances her written and oral advocacy. She notes that, had she not become an attorney, she likely would have been a novelist. Demi earned her J.D. from Penn State Dickinson Law School and her undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University.

Outside of work, Demi enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, Yeti.
