Devin Taseff is an associate in Chartwell Law’s Peoria office. A member of our general liability and casualty defense group, Devin specializes in the defense of the trucking and transportation industries.

Devin began his legal career as a paralegal for a Bloomfield criminal defense firm and obtained courtroom experience in law school while using his 7-11 license as an extern in NIU’s Civil Justice Clinic. Before joining Chartwell Law, Devin was an associate in the Peoria office of a regional law firm.

Devin has extensive experience defending motor carriers of all sizes in both federal and state courts. He employs an aggressive, but practical approach to trucking and transportation litigation, routinely involving emergency accident response within hours of an accident.
