Katherine E. Bavoso, a partner in Chartwell Law’s Harrisburg office, concentrates exclusively on the defense of workers’ compensation claims for carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers. With over twenty years of experience, she has practiced before many Pennsylvania judges, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board, and the Commonwealth Court.
Katie has presented at the Bench and Bar Best Practices, Best Practices in Workers’ Compensation seminar, the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Bureau Conference, and the Tough Problems in Workers’ Compensation seminar. Before joining Chartwell Law, Katie was a partner in the Harrisburg office of a regional law firm.
Katie is a passionate Florida Gators fan and a member of the Harrisburg Area Women’s Soccer League.
