Kimberly A. Guest focuses her practice on defending transportation companies and businesses in high-exposure liability matters. With decades of litigation experience, she represents clients in a wide range of general liability and insurance defense matters, working closely with businesses and insurers to evaluate risk, provide guidance to reduce future claims, develop defense strategies, and guide cases through each stage of the litigation process.
Approaching every matter with a solutions-oriented mindset, Kimberly is skilled at helping clients manage liability issues while protecting their operational and financial interests.
Kimberly earned her J.D. from Texas A&M University School of Law and her B.A. from Southern Methodist University. She is admitted to practice in Texas and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
She is a member of the Texas Association of Defense Counsel and has earned a BV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, a distinction awarded for her professional excellence and high ethical standards.
Outside of her legal practice, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her daughter as she competes in college gymnastics.
